1) OBAMA is the first president who is not from a rich background and who is from a normal average middle class background to become a president, something which as never happened in US. (Lincoln’s era is too old when everyone was actually poor or not so rich)
2) OBAMA is a BLACK MAN!! I just saw his speech and the thousands of crowd gathered in chicago. Everyone was jubilient and literally every african-american was crying. From Oprah, Chris Tucker, Many Hollywood celebrities, and all African-Americans were all crying… It was great to see this. It was so emotional for them.
3) OBAMA is the ONLY Meritoriously well educated President of America. Others like Bush have graduated from Yale and Brown university but they all got admitted by giving donations and not merits. OBAMA is a gradudate from The Great Old Harvard University.
4) OBAMA is a the ONLY President who is NOT affliated to ANY BUSINESS. He was just a Teacher, just like our Radhakrishnan and Kalam, before he became a senator and the President.
The Sheer Beauty of OBAMA is that, all throughout his campaign against McCain, he was never ever derogative of McCain and was completely level headed all throughout. He always focussed on delivering his ideas and vision.
YES WE CAN! CHANGE WE BELIEVE IN! — two big mantras with which OBAMA took the entire election into his fold.
It is his “AUDACITY OF HOPE” that stood the test of time and challenge and steered his way to victory…
As I always say ” There is nothing as Impossible. There are only things as Insensible!”
Who would have ever Imagined in the Wildest of Dreams that Black Man who has ancestoral origins in the “God Forbidden” land of Kenya, Africa would rule A Great and Powerful nation like America.
As Elango always stresses on people contacts.. some of the people on OBAMA’s board of advisors included people from Google, Apple, Microsoft, and many other very intelligent people which was a greeat plus for OBAMA.
I would say Democrats were strategically stronger than republicans after a long long time..
